You are allowed commiting changes without beeing a member?  But I guess
you need an alioth account, right?  I wouldn't be happy if anybody is
allowed to spam our SVN.

I find this very handy,
expecially with the availability of debcheckout. How about doing the
same for Debian-Med's repository?

I have no strong opinions, but don't think there is much need for such
a specific project,  I think we know our members and there is no harm
if newcomers have to wait for one to three days.

The only problem is that I do not know how to do...

I do not know neither.
