Bug#1064273: engrampa: Failed to open Rar5 with 7zip-rar installed

Dear Maintainer,
I used to open and extract rar archives with engrampa, but after the transition from p7zip to 7zip I can no longer do this with 7zip-rar installed. It seems engrampa cannot open rar archives without other alternatives, like unrar, installed.
I consider this is not an issue with 7zip-rar, because command "7z x archive.rar" works normally for extracting files from rar archives.
