Hi Bastian,

I am currently on vacation. I'll probably forget that you changed the  
plank package via NMU.

In general: Please stop doing uploads without assuring that your  
changes land in the next maintainer upload of packages I (or others  
who might possibly face a similar challenge here) maintain.

The normal procedure for NMUs in Debian is filing the .debdiff via Debian BTS.

For me, it is also ok (but less preferred) to send an MR via Salsa.

For packages in the Debian group on Salsa, please directly push your  
changes to the right branch.

But please please please: don't simply upload and without bothering  
with your changes to land in the packages long term.

(With one of your previous NMUs, I overloaded your NMU and reverted  
your change, I think it was e2guardian, because you failed in  
following one of the above procedures).

And also: thanks for doing so much QA work for Debian. This is much  
appreciated. But please make sure your work does not break others  
workflows and make other maintainers' days more hard.
