Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I am experiencing screen tearing when moving windows or scrolling text.
Software compositing window manager is turned on in settings.

This is the output of lnxi -G command

Graphics:
  Device-1: Intel RocketLake-S GT1 [UHD Graphics 750] driver: i915 v: kernel
  Display: x11 server: X.Org v: 1.21.1.7 driver: X: loaded: modesetting
unloaded: fbdev, vesa dri: iris gpu: i915 resolution: 1920x1080~60Hz
API: OpenGL v: 4.6 Mesa 22.3.6 renderer: Mesa Intel Graphics (RKL GT1)

I have also tried Linux Mint 21.1 Mate edition with default settings(Marco with
software rendering) and there is no screen tearing present there.

I am using Mate Desktop enviroment.

Best Regards,
Mladen
