Dear Maintainer,

After the following commands run in an package tree dpkg-source sees source
modifications.

    export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="parallel=4"
    debian/rules build
    debian/rules clean

Full difference between unpacked directory and after built & clean is attached.
It was obtained with `diff -U3 -r`.

The bug has serious severity level because of volition "must" clause in §4.9 of
Debian Policy Manual.

clean (required)

This must undo any effects that the build and binary targets may have had ...

However, the bug has no impact on end users so I think in the future its
severity may be lowered to minor.

Currently, it is not release critical if packages don't build and clean up afterwards in an idempotent way. Although, it is something nice-to-have.

Thus, lowering severity immediately to minor.
