Bug#951544: mate-session-manager: FTBFS on non-linux

Hello,
The latest version of mate-session-manager FTBFS on Hurd and kFreeBSD due to a
missing build dependency on libegl-dev. Looking at the build logs for linux*
architectures reveals that libegl-dev (and dependant libraries) are installed
for the builds, making them succeed without an explicit build-dependency. How
that is happening is unknown to this bug submitter.
The attached patch fixes the build for hurd-any and kfreebsd-any. Maybe that
dependency should also be added to the linux-any targets. In that case the build
dependency to add would be simply libegl-dev.
Thanks.
