Debian LTS and ELTS report for April 2025
In April 2025 I've worked on the below listed packages for Freexian LTS/ELTS [1].
This is my second month and the first time for me to announces ELAs.

ELTS

opensaml{,2}:
Continuing my work from last month, I prepared updated jessie and stretch
packages and ask around how to proceed with with the final annocement(s) since
the source package had been renamed between releases.
This resulted in reserving ELA-1393-1 for opensaml and ELA-1394-1 for
opensaml2. Packages where published and ELA announcements went out covering all
ELTS releases.
libmodbus:
Reviewed Arturos work on jessie branch from last month. Prepared updated
versions for the other ELTS releases. Published the updated packages and
announced ELA-1397-1
Also mercurial was discussed, but I've run out of both personal time and
allocated (ELTS) hours to handle it this month.
LTS
====
libsoup2.4:
I backported patches (including testsuite) from upstreams libsoup(3) to work
with libsoup2.4 for bullseye. Published the updated package and announced
DLA-4140-1.
libraw:
Picked up patches for the 4 outstanding CVEs and resolved conflicts to make
them apply to the older upstream version in bullseye. Published updated
package and annouced DLA-4142-1.
