Semi-automatic package unclaim after two weeks of inactivity​

Today two packages were "unclaimed" for LTS, and none for ELTS;

-ansible (Lee Garrett)
-libgit2 (Utkarsh)

No one has claimed 4 or more packages.

There is a missing DLA for linux; DLA 2843-1 (12 Dec 2021) (linux)
