Semi-automatic package unclaim after two weeks of inactivity

Hi,

Today five packages were "unclaimed" for LTS, and none for ELTS;

-firefox-esr (Emilio)
-thunderbird (Emilio)
-gpac (Roberto C. Sánchez)
-libgit2 (Utkarsh)
-libssh2 (Ola Lundqvist)

In addition, no one has claimed 4 or more packages.

There appears to be just a single DLA which is reserved but not yet 
published, the same DLA from recent weeks;

DLA 2785-1 (12 Oct 2021) (linux-4.19)
