(semi-)automatic unclaim of packages with more than 2 weeks of inactivity (and missing DLAs on www.do)

hi,

today one package was unclaimed for LTS:
- mupdf (codehelp)

and none for ELTS. Also noone claimed 4 packages or more.

Two DLAs which already have been reserved have not yet been published:
- DLA 2754-1 (04 Sep 2021) (pywps)
- DLA 2717-2 (27 Aug 2021) (redis)

(Jeremiah, shall I explain how to gather this data?)
