- dispatch work hours for LTS and ELTS
- prepare the monthly Freexian blog post published on raphaelhertzog.com
- mail and irc communication, incl.
- semi-automatic unclaim packages
- too many claimed packages
- missing DLAs on www.d.o
- reminding people of missing reports
- proper beancounting
