There is a new LTS proposed funding project merged into the "proposed" 
directory available. [0]

The next step is for the LTS team to review the proposal and submit any 
questions to the proposer(s).

I've set up an issue where questions may be asked and answered. [1]

A vote scheduled for next week will be organized in a separate email.
