(semi-)automatic unclaim of packages with more than 2 weeks of inactivity (and missing DLAs on www.do)

hi,

today two packages were unclaimed for LTS:

- ansible (Markus Koschany)
- shiro (Roberto C. Sánchez)

and none ELTS. Also noone claimed too many packages and no DLAs have been
reserved but not yet been published, hooray! Have a great week!
