today, again, no packages were unclaimed for LTS and ELTS, whoooray!

Then Adrian Bunk probably claimed too many packages (5):
 libdatetime-timezone-perl qtsvg-opensource-src tzdata wireshark zeromq3

And just one DLA has been reserved but not yet published:
- DLA 2415-1 (25 Oct 2020) (freetype)
