Yes, 1.3.10-1~deb8u1 for jessie is already in the security queue since Thursday.

Speaking just for me, no, won't do that, but basing on 1.3.10-1~deb8u1,
adding library renaming stuff/shlibs stuff (back) and doing a 1.3.10-1~deb7u1
should be easy.
