more LSB bugs added to tracking page

Hi debian-lsb,

I have added a bunch of bugs to the LSB bug tracking page at,

First, Chris Yeoh found some problems with PAM. They're not causing test 
failures but only because those tests aren't in the test suite yet. They most 
likely will be for LSB 2.0.

Tobias Burnus has filed a ton of LSB bugs over the last year. I added as many 
as I could find including the ones that are already closed(for historical 
reasons). These aren't causing test failures but are still LSB bugs so we need 
to track them. They are mostly SUSv3/POSIX/FHS issues. Here are some that are 
still open.

I added all the numbers for closed bugs against the lsb package for
historical reasons.
