* Revert "Stop providing libsdl2-2.0-0, libsdl2-dev".
More preparation is needed in unstable first.
* d/tests: Don't exercise (partially) static linking.
The static library is likely to be removed when sdl2-compat takes over
the libsdl2-2.0-0 and libsdl2-dev package names, because statically
linking sdl2-compat is not practically useful: it still needs a
dynamically-linked SDL3 anyway.
* d/p/test-Don-t-expect-a-specific-error-message.patch:
Add proposed patch relaxing test assertions to accommodate sdl2-compat.
sdl2-compat produces different (more specific) error messages when
it detects and prevents an integer overflow, and this doesn't seem
like something that needs to be treated as a regression.
