Yes, after removing that there is only single partition inside of iso file.

Yes, I did see some discussion that if also bootloongarch.efi file is
also needed or not but based on
what I see it is not needed but issue is more related to
case-sensitive logic in Loongson firmwares.

So my recommendation would be to use that all caps name
"EFI/BOOT/BOOTLOONGARCH64.EFI"
as it looks to be the most compatible format with old and new
firmwares unless there is very good reason
to not do that? Especially if other 3A6000 owners here can confirm
that it fixes boot issue also for them.
Both Loongnix and Deepin uses that format too.
