Following the test on qemu 9.0 virt machine:
1. Before partitioning it shows the message: "This partitioner doesn't have information about the default type of the partition tables on your architecture". loong64 uses UEFI so gpt should work fine.
2. On qemu virt machine the installer cannot find a suitable kernel package to install. I skipped it and installed linux-image-loong64 manually with the "run a shell" option.
The installed system (I only selected basic system utilities in tasksel) boots and runs fine afterwards.
