Thank you, however the resulting address for finished builds is also not
resolving.

It is resolving here http://cgi.build.live-systems.org/build/20131130.230149.631636059/

/20131130.230149.631636059 is the build I tested, and the displayed
address was
http://cgi.build.live-systems.org/build/20131130.230149.631636059/ which
of course is 404 for the same reason, however
http://208.94.241.206/20131130.230149.631636059/ is 404 as is
http://208.94.241.206/builds/20131130.230149.631636059 also.

You put builds not build .

Any advice or inputs on a workaround for this situation?

Is there anything i can do to help resolve the DNS/Hosting situation as
it stands?

Not sure it is working for me and I am going to move conversation back to mailing list with a cc.
