Re: rescue mode without apt and dpkg



Hi Daniel,

Sure, I use debian-installers rescue mode (netinstall), rather than
booting the live system. Because, the system has been corrupted. I
need to reinstall system base from live mode (debootstrap). I can't
reinstall debian totaly from boot cd.

they do.

it sounds you were using debian-installers rescue mode, rather than
booting the live system.

try booting the live system by it's default entry 'Live' in the boot
menu, rather than debian-installer.
