I'm not able to build 'usb-hdd' from stable. Here is 'lb config' I used,
$ sudo lb config -a i386 -b usb-hdd --bootappend-live 'persistent=nofiles' -f minimal -d stable -p minimal --packages 'usb-modeswitch nvidia-glx' --archive-areas 'main non-free contrib'
and here It failed,
