This is not a debian-live issue. This is just the usual instability of
unstable. You may find http://edos.debian.net/weather/ useful to keep an
eye on how installable unstable is on any given day. Today it indicates:

gnome (= 1:3.0+6) depends on one of: - gnome-core (= 1:3.0+6) gnome-core
(= 1:3.0+6) depends on one of: - empathy (= 3.2.2-1) empathy (= 3.2.2-1)
depends on missing: - libebook1.2-10 (>= 3.0.3)

So, wait a bit and the problem will likely sort itself out. Then try
your build again.
