The broken link you  spotted should probably (for the time being) lead to http://live.debian.net/manual/html/live-manual.en.html#70

However, changing it right now is a bit useless in the sense that it is likely to change once the team decides on the final output of the manual. This is to say, that the decission will have an influence on the link.
