Question about #598182 bug. live-installer/enable=false doesn't work

One question about this bug.

I have seen that if live-installer/enable=false
/var/lib/dpkg/info/live-installer.isinstallable must be return 1 and
main-menu don't must execute
/var/lib/dpkg/info/live-installer.postinst.

is this true?

which should behave live Debian if I select Text Expert install ??
