Bug#601575: live-boot: Do not ask the user to remove CD from the tray if there is no CD
Package: live-boot
Version: 2.0.8-1
Severity: minor
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- boot a debian live CD with 'toram' boot parameter;
- remove the CD from the tray (as it is not useful anymore);
- shutdown the system
Result: a message asking to remove the CD and to press enter is
displayed, and the system waits for user input.
Expected result: the system detects that the toram option was used and
that there is no live cd in the tray anymore, and it shutdown withour
requiring user input.
