RE: installing from a debian live cd



Daniel,

Finally getting back to this :-)

Do you know if the live installer is accessible? The regular debian installer works well since it brings up the brltty interface initially, so a blind user who has a braille display can use it. Does the live installer do the same thing?

Also is there a way from within a running live system to perform the install rather than doing it on boot?

Part of my issue is that I have a laptop and when I boot the regular lenny install cd/dvd, the usb drivers are not installed in time, so my usb keyboard and usb braille display don't work with the installer so I am hoping I can get the livecd to install for me instead.
