Bug#531810: live-helper: /dev/pts/ missing in chroot

dev/pts/ is missing in chroot. Therefore dev/sterr and dev/fd/ are not
available either. 

lh_build fails with this error:

Can not write log, openpty() failed (/dev/pts not mounted?)
