uuuh,... 
i think these params change the Language only for the actually boot-procedure or are they changin' the look'n feel in the image?

The script in the git repository looks verry strange to me. How to use it? after having booted the live-image from usb-stick or in a regular linux-machine to manipulate the image somewhere after downloading it?
