mount version 2.13.1.1-1 0
$ ls -al /sbin/losetup*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 23240 avr 29  2008 /sbin/losetup


mount version 2.14~rc2-0

$ ls -al /sbin/losetup*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 31512 avr 29  2008 /sbin/losetup

As said, downgrading to testing-unstable version solves the issue.
