[PATCH] Exclude directories from squashfs filesystem

The genext2fs tool does not have an equivalent of the "-ef" option of 
mksquashfs, so there is no straightforward way to apply the same approach 
as in the proposed patch.

A different approach might work though: since the filesystems are created 
from a copy of the chroot, removing directories from that copy should do 
the trick. I'll write a new patch based on this approach.
