HELP! Still cannot build USB image

I'm sorry but it'll start to block live-helper improvements. If etch
support is required, use a branch for the needed changes but let's
move live-helper ahead!

There's no way to support syslinux from etch without ugly hacks! And
IMHO it's not worth to.
