Bug#1031378: lintian: Does not know Binary-Only key-value from debian/changelog

Package: lintian
Version: 2.116.3
Severity: normal

Hi!

I'm getting a false-positive (on the UDD lintian summary page) for a
binNMU due to the Binary-Only field in the changelog header line:

,---
debsig-verify (0.28+b1) sid; urgency=low, binary-only=yes

  * Binary-only non-maintainer upload for amd64; no source changes.
  * Rebuild for outdated Built-Using

 -- amd64 / i386 Build Daemon (x86-ubc-01) <buildd_amd64-x86-ubc-01@buildd.debian.org>  Sun, 12 Feb 2023 21:30:22 +0000
`---

And this is the lintian output:

,---
$ lintian debsig-verify_0.28+b1_amd64.deb
W: debsig-verify: syntax-error-in-debian-changelog "unknown key-value key Binary-only - copying to XS-Binary-only" [usr/share/doc/debsig-verify/changelog.gz:1]
`---

Thanks,
Guillem
