Stepping down as (main) lintian developer

Hi all,

I think it is time for me to put the current status into words.
Reflecting on my (in)ability to dedicate time and find motivation to
work on Lintian in the past 2-3 months, has made it clear to me that I
am no longer really actively developing on Lintian.

In practise, this changes little as the change has already sort of
happened. But it does mean I no longer consider myself a "do'er" on
Lintian and accordingly, no longer one to make decisions.

As time permits, I will still be around to do an occasional bug fix or
do/sponsor uploads if/when needed.
Currently, I also retain an admin account for the lintian alioth
project and a "lintian"-gid to maintain lintian on lintian.d.o. These
two roles (from experience) requires a lot less time than keeping up
with the bugs/feature requests, so I believe I can still maintain these.

Bastien: I know I you asked me to review several branches/patches of
yours. As much as I would love to do it, I don't want you to wait for me.
I will advice you to adopt a "silence is acceptance"-approach to
patches and exploit that we have such a extensive test suite. Those two
things were the my basics to "success"/getting things done.
