An outdated debian/copyright file is a bug in itself...
That's already fixed in Alioth.
They get linked into the same library (libgbe.so) as several LGPL2.1 files (search https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=beignet&arch=amd64&ver=1.0.2-2&stamp=1428927632 for structural_analysis).depending on how those two files are bundled together with the rest of beignet
Further investigation found a newer gpuocelot (they appear to have switched hosts and not finished updating their website) with a top-level LICENSE without the problematic clause ( https://github.com/gtcasl/gpuocelot/blob/master/LICENSE ), but an ocelot/COPYING that still has it ( https://github.com/gtcasl/gpuocelot/blob/master/ocelot/COPYING ).
