Hello debian-legal, Looking on BOINC Packaging for a new upstream version I found a file that was based on another file with Apple License and it actually has Apple's copyright from 2004 and refer to the Apple Public Source License but the same file has a 2008 copyright notice and LPGL License there. Is this OK?, I can just let this file to stay at upstream tarball? or I should remove it. AFAICS at http://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses, Apple License was discussed here (debian-legal) a few years ago.
