First of all, thanks to you and Henning Makholm for clarifying some of the paragraphs.

As it does not seem to be a good idea to redistribute JSSE, what is the preferred way of using it ? An installer package ? Would that eliminate the negative impact of the mentioned paragraphs on Debian (since we are not redistributing it) ?
