So far, looks like the BSD license, including the advertising clause.

Don't see anything against the DFSG, nothing requires DFSG to mean 
GPL-compatible.

The below looks like the standard X license - one step up form Public 
Domain (i.e. it's do what you will, as long as you give credit).

Below looks a lot like the X license, except for DEC.  However, I'll let 
the lawyers decide if the first line is sufficient to allow redistribution 
of modified software, not just modify for your use, and redistribute the 
original.

right to redistribute modified code (I think it does, but I'll let the 
lawyers say if it's explicit enough or not).
