Intermittently bad disk drive? Temperature cycling sensitive MB
intermittents? My AMD Athlon XP 1800+ runs 4-5 Celsius degrees hotter
under 100% CPU usage (SETI@Home & Folding@Home) than under a "normal"
workstation load.
