Re: Compaq Evo N1020v, XFree86 config problem

Hi Darek

I hope this helps. I have a A-Open laptop with ATI Radeon Mobility card. I had to upgrade to 2.4.18-686 kernel with DRI and Radeon compiled in then install the XFree86 4.2.1 binaries.

Please note 4.2.1 is a patch that you install over 4.2.0 (therfore it must be installed first).

Regards

Mark
