I have a Linksys PCMPC200 10/100, which uses the tulip_cb module. It seems to
work quite well, although I have never been able to get much 15 Mbps within my
network (although that could be one of several things--like the D-Link 530TX+
card on my desktop system).
The Linksys does not have a built-in RJ-45 jack--rather it has a connector.
This broke once, but they exchanged it under warranty.
