man apt-get in Spanish. Missing translation

Hello,
Several minutes ago I've discovered that an apt-get option
which is --no-install-recommends, is missing from its manual page.
It is Debian Lenny.
$ apt-get --version
apt 0.7.20.2 para i386 compilado en Apr 20 2009 21:52:39
Please would you mind to add it to the man page whenever possible?
Here goes my translation of it.
