FYI, the French team will did this and, for lenny, we will send all our updates in UTF-8. However, I don't think we will be proactive and switch all PO files to UTF-8 (there's not benefit for doing this....except not breaking Pootle..:-)) Of course, I will personnally encourage all teams to make the move but I'm confident in you, Spanish-speaking community..:)
