Привет!

Для удобства проверки сделал diff'ы между русскими и английскими версиями constitution.1.3.wml и constitution.wml.

Для перевода использовал constitution.1.2.wml -- по сути, просто дополнил её в соответствии с diff'ом между 1.2 и 1.3, а потом получившийся перевод дополнил в соответствии с diff'ом между 1.3 и 1.4.
