All this sounds fair by me.

We currently have a "ro.kmap" file in console-data. I therefore
suggest we replace it with your ro-basic file and then add the
"ro-comma" file to the distribution.

I also suggest we add the "ro" one in the console-data-at udeb in
place of the old one.

I however prefer Alastair to do this. An upload of console-data
*without* the fix will go out today (hopefully before today's dinstall
if I don't forget). That one only brings in translations and templates
fixes (following the console-common fix).

I suggest we make the Romanian keymap change after Eddy's proposed
fix.

Alastair, please note that this is a followup of a discussion we had
in the Extremadura i18n meeting where we talked about promoting in
console-data keymaps that are *exact* reflects of the currently
accepted X keymaps for the various language, being produced the exact
way Eddy did for this one.
