pcmcia-cs: [l10n:ro] translation was not added to CVS tree

Hello,

I found out today with bubulle and seppy that apparently you closed bug 
#281145, but you didn't include the translation in your cvs; as a side 
note: the translation is present in the source package in unstable.

Could you, please, check this issue?
