Fwd: Statistics of female participation in packing in Debian
Ciao a tutti,
nell'ambito del progetto Debian Women stiamo cercando di raccogliere qualche
numero circa la partecipazione femminile nell'ambito del Progetto Debian. Per
quanto riguarda le donne DD/DM è piuttosto semplice, vista la presenza di un
db ma, specie in ambito l10n, ci sono svariati contributi provenienti da
persone che non hanno un ruolo ufficiale (*cough* *cough*) e che sono più
difficili da rilevare.
Per quanto ne so, qui in lista siamo solo due donne (io e Beatrice) ma sarei
felice di essere smentita. :)
Quindi... ecco il messaggio di Marga ed il link - per i curiosi - alla pagina
delle statistiche. Chi volesse segnarsi direttamente come non-DD/DM
contributor sulla pagina del wiki, così da essere "rilevata" nel censimento lo
faccia pure liberamente.

Hi!
For the piece of news I'm preparing about DW, I compiled a statistic
of female participation in Debian.
You can see the results at: http://wiki.debian.org/DebianWomen/Statistics
The graph is only about packaging (first uploads, DD accounts, DM
keys). It'd be nice to compile similar lists of participation in the
BTS and in translations, but I fear that the information is way too
large to parse.
It's specially hard to figure out who are women and who aren't,
because each culture has very different names. If you find that I
left out someone, please fix it in the wiki and let me know so I can
fix the graph.
