request-tracker3.8 3.8.8-4: Please update debconf PO translation for the package request-tracker3.8

Hi,

You are noted as the last translator of the debconf translation for
request-tracker3.8. The English template has been changed, and now some messages
are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing.
I would be grateful if you could take the time and update it.
Please send the updated file to me, or submit it as a wishlist bug
against request-tracker3.8.

Note that I'm resending this to translators who haven't sent me an update
to my previous request. This is not intended as to be hassling, but I have
fixed a small error in the templates and so resending the request will
avoid the need for me to unfuzzy the responses.
