Definiscono come visualizzare a video l'inizio/fine di un menu e come
scrivere un
elemento di menu che si espande in un altro menu. Vengono sostituiti
allo stesso
modo in cui lo è il materiale "supportato" (riferirsi al prossimo
paragrafo).
