You are entirely correct here. I've fixed the translation (which are
handled seperately) but it might take some time to get online.

With capital »b«.

Ack. I also improved the body of the description. 

Thanks for your report. If you find further issues do not hesitate to
contact debian-l10n-german directly as maintainers are not involved in
the package description translation and thus cannot do anything about
them by themselves.
